SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday. All items are custom made one the order is submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays; please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by email if there is any issue or delay with filling your order.

The following delivery options are available: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air. Shipping fees are based upon the weight of the items and are calculated through UPS. International Shipping: Customs and Taxes IMPORTANT!!! Your country may charge you customs duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over. Your country's customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time it so chooses, another factor we cannot control in the least. Please take this into account when ordering internationally.

We ship international orders thru UPS and offer UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Express. Ship time for UPS Worldwide Saver usually takes about 2-5 days to arrive depending on shipping location and UPS Worldwide Express usually takes about 1-3 days to arrive depending on shipping location. But any of the shipping methods could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond our control.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If packages go unclaimed you will have return shipping fees as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with your order removed from your store credit, should this amount exceed entire amount you paid for the order you will receive no money back nor any store credit. No exceptions to this rule!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the UPS. Please be sure to ship to a secure location. All shipments are tracked. Once UPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered.

If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.

REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: All products are custom made to order. Our goal is to get your purchased products to you as quickly as possible. To accomplish this, orders will begin processing as soon as submitted, therefore cancellations, refunds, or returns will NOT be accepted. All sales are FINAL.
